Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

  • The minimum withdrawal is $10.
  • The maximum withdrawal is $200,000 per day.
  • Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Withdrawal hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Keep account access limited to a single trusted device.
  • Withdrawals are not processed on public holidays.
  • Clear any pending deposits before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Do not submit more than one withdrawal at the same time.
  • Confirm that your wallet details are linked correctly before withdrawing.
  • Do not share your IP address.
  • Add your wallet address before withdrawing any promotional balance.
